Fluridone will remove unwanted weeds from your lake or pond for a year or longer with a single treatment. No other aquatic herbicide on the planet is more effective on duckweed, period. Unlike other aquatic herbicides, Fluridone has no restrictions on water use after application. Swimmers can still swim. Fisherman can still fish. Livestock can still drink.  No watering of landscape or gardens for a minimum of 45 days.
Fluridone provides excellent control of most vascular plants. Common nuisance plants like duckweed, Eurasian watermilfoil and hydrilla can be selectively controlled while more desirable native plant species are left to thrive.
